We are honored to serve our church and community with faith, passion, and purpose. Together, we seek to help people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out God's calling.

Rev. Mary Sullivan
Lead Pastor
Pastor Mary grew up in the United Methodist Church, spending her childhood in Southern California before making Northwest Ohio her home as a young adult. She is married to Terry Glazer and has one daughter, Tori; Terry has two adult children, Jason and Jenny. Pastor Mary graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and brings more than 20 years of ministry experience. She has a specialization in youth ministry and completed much of her seminary education in Christian Education. Pastor Mary is passionate about sharing Christ’s love and God’s grace through worship, service, discipleship, and relationships. A visionary and creative pastor, she enjoys finding new ways to connect people with faith and community. Outside of ministry, Mary enjoys spending time with family, creating art and stained glass, and traveling.

Kailee Lawson
Administrative Assistant
Kailee is a Bowling Green townie who is married to Matthew. Together, they have four children. She has a degree in Office Administration and brings extensive experience to our team. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves the outdoors.

Sally Snider
Custodian
Sally is our custodian and is a dedicated member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She oversees the Little Necessities Food Pantry and Trinity Connections, worship for the local senior communities. She is a loyal member of the United Women of Faith Group, Friendly Center Guild, and participates in several mission opportunities.

Annika Lipar
Vocalist
Annika is a first-year graduate student at Bowling Green State University, where she is pursuing her Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy. Originally from Big Rapids, Michigan, she earned her Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Music Education degrees from Central Michigan University in 2025, studying Music Education and Vocal Performance. She has experience performing in choirs and operas, teaching middle and high school choir, and singing in a church choir. Annika loves working with young musicians and has spent the past three summers as a counselor and choir assistant at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. She has also studied abroad in Italy, Ireland, China, and Germany.
